performance chip for my car

i wanted to get one of the programmable tuners but my dad told me my car is to old and can only get a upgraded chip. i see hypertech makes one. what kind of hp will i gain and time shaved off 0 - 60 and 1/4 times. i will be adding new hi flow mufflers
and a k&n air filter. hope to get some good info on this as it's my first car.

there may not be any "worthwhile" Performance chips out there in the market, there's still a wide selection of 'em out there. why don't you go check it out for yourself

i made a premium fuel tune for somebody with a 95 Z34.... picked up 5 MPH in a 1/4 mile, FWIW. no idea what kind of stuff could be done with regular or midgrade fuel though.

though honestly, i hate the 94-95 LQ1 code.

how else would one take it, first you say i should just go and try them to find one that may work, this is a forum people with the same interests as i , and i asked to find out what works what does'nt or any, and i found what i needed and then you come along and you're first post is a poke. so i jabbed back
