Put that engine in the Fiero and you won't have to worry about traction. haha!

Why not just a small shot of Nitrous. With those pistons and a good tune, a 100 shot wouldnt hurt anything. Then you will hit your power goals im sure. You can even hook it up with wot switches and rpm switches so you get traction off the line. If it was me, I wouldnt be worried one bit to spray on that engine.

Good luck with the build it should be pretty impressive.

well i do plan to build a turbo 3400 for the fiero , but i dont know when.. got the extra 3400 sitting in front of the beretta too!

y not nitrous? idk, i have thought about it but i dont know enough about it to feel comftorable with using it. i have seen a forged piston (that was designed for nitrous) on a quad4 fail with nitrous, i dont think he was even using very much. im afraid of things i dont know much about, maby someday

Its not the nitrous that causes the failure, its the abuse. And nitrous doesn't equal abuse....

I used a 100 shot on my stock 3400 for the duration of its life... NEVER lost a piston. BUT I lunched a headgasket because I didn't have the heads surfaced, that was kind of my own fault.

I agree. N2O doesn't kill engines. Getting carried away and going past the safe point and going overboard is what kills engines.
