hahah. So a 282 will fit? Do you just use axles from a 284 in the 282?

The other one looks clean too. Are you going to do a boosted gen3 motor or top end on one of them to make big #'s? I say red one with 3400 or something, manual, and big power. Black one keep close to stock as a nice cruiser.

Manifold-back 2.5" SS Mandrel Exhaust. Hardware is SS too.

      update:

i've got a warm garage to put the red one in to do the work up at my buddy's place. i should be able to knock it out pretty quick.

the black one is a rusty sad car underneath and is almost parted out.

nice car, what kind of rims are those? i usually hate aftermarket rims on a TGP but those are pretty decent looking.

are you still parting the black one?

those rims in the first pics are gay and have been given back to the kid i bought it from.

hooray for rockauto.com, my 5 speed axles came friday.

the black car is almost gone and will be scrapped shortly, it's just sooooo rusty it can't feasibly be saved.

adam i'll get some pics when i have time/snow melts. i have some work to do on other vehicles(building a 350 for my wagon to replace the 219k mile blown headgasketed 305) before i get started but i want to get it done as soon as i can get the car inside.

nope. they grabbed it with a bobcat, dragged it off my trailer, and tore it the hell to bits with a claw deal.
