The one thing better springs would give you that you may notice is better top end response since you can decrease valve float. It really does take a combination of things to see major results. I couldn't tell you all the things I've done to my motor, but it makes 30% more HP over stock now. I figure the most you could make without N2O or some sort of forced induction is 50% over stock.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

I'm practically accross the street to Fanshawe college, just off first street.

I don't really know how long they have been out of stock...I noticed it a few days ago, been a while since I was on the site... And I'm not very familiar with the company so your guess is as good as mine as to when they will have more made up.

I added you to my MSN list

Memcal = chip. Its called a memcal because it has the chip and the knock sensor filter and the limp home mode resistor packs all on one module.

That was easier than telling him to search.

Thanks Ben, so do you do the memcals too as previously stated by dohcfiend in this post?

                  Hey Ontario Boys!!!!!!!!!

                  I was born in Scarbrough!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  HAHA!

                  I'm in Edmonton now though!

Something that I wanted to try for run on my GP is solid engine mounts. I know they great on lots of other cars. On thing that is VERY noticable is the difference in torque over the Urathane mounts. But you do have more of a "shake" from the motor. (of course) I was going to machine them up here and give them a shot. No harm trying something.

One other thing I was going to do is, seeing that we cast parts for building old show cars, is to RE-CAST :
my rear Knuckle Assembly, and even my front engine mount bracket that the Dogbone mount attaches to and bolts to the front head.
It would shave off a nice bit of weight!

I even wanted to make a new front sub frame of aluminum like the late model Impala 02-03'. That take off A LOT OF WEIGHT!!!!!!!!

actually, i was thinking about that a weeks or so ago. nothing more than a random though (how an aluminum engine bracket would save weight and look good). but would it be strong enough in aluminum? out of curiousity though, what would u charge for something like that?

an aluminum crable would be nice too but u may be wasting your R&D on that unless u just really want it for your own car. it has been my experience that not alot of money circulates through the various wbody communities (hence the lack of aftermarket) and something like that sounds expensive. instead of fabbing a whole new one ever given thought to maybe adapting the impala one. probably be cheaper but you would have to have a good welder on your team. :P

also have u given any more though to the poly engine mount?
