I would run a 1996 Monte/Grand Prix/Cutlass wiring harness and ecu and add the OBDII port under the dash. Its cheap and OEM. You can use DHP or HPT to tune. It will do pretty much anything an aftermarket management system will do and its just a matter of swaping the engine harness wich turned out pretty easy. you will need to add the new MAF and MAP and a front Knock sensor. But your call. It cost me about $175 for the harness and ecu from a junkyard and it all showed up on my doorstep complete and ready to install. the FMU works but it is not really a good solution if you can avoid i recommend you do. I found my harness and ECU on "http://www.Car-Part.com".
I got my injectors from ZZP. But the "Wbody Store" offers free flowmatching on the same injectors.
Boost creep is when you cannot divert enough exhaust to maintain the boost level. basicly it creeps up higher then the wastegate is set to. basicly "overboosting". adding the wastegate at the collector allows you to divert the exhaust from both front and rear banks. plus it gives you more of a equil pressure on both banks. attaching the WG to one bank can cause that bank to run lean as well.
As far as my fuel lines I made a new line for the return when i had the FMU. I bought some "fire Sleeve" from a local store that specializes in custom tubes and hoses ironically called "Tubes'N Hoses" in loveland. I just slid the sleeve over my fuel lines and used header wrap on the downpipe. Less heat near fuel lines the better. the hoses run VERY close to the downpipe. Wrapping the hoses is a MUST if you ask me.
