Avatar Size

I was wondering if the avatar size could be increased from 6kb to 12kb? There are a lot of limitations on 6. Here is a cool site that has some nice ones that come in under 12, but more than 6. http://www.avatarsbymas.com/ (there are really cool ones under 50!)

Ok, i doubled the avatar size. If it slows the site down though I will have to change it back. I doubt it will have much effect but dial up users can usually tell any small differences before I can. Side note on that, under the site menu > my account > themes, the ultra lite version for the site loads much faster on dialup. I gotta change the logo for it but thats about it.

Does that mean the area limits are doubled? i.e. 80 x 80 pixels is now ~110 x 110? I still haven't uploaded my THRDRAIL plate for an avatar cause it's too wide.

no, i am not going to change the dimensions because that will really bother the 800x600 users.
