New Navigation Bar

Been working on the navigation bar at the top. Added a Chatroom link as well as the Minimize/Maximize option. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to get the site to say maximized the entire time. So fun for me, I get to start digging into the code more. I know there are several people that would like this option, that's why I'm trying to get it to work. So give me time to see if I can figure out what I need to do to get it to work.
