New Page Suggestions: Sound Clips and Vids

I thought it might be cool to have an area in the site (possibly under each different engine section) dedicated to sound clips (exhaust and intake) and video clips (drag strips, drive-by's, donuts, etc.). I dunno how much space you guys have on the server, and I'm sure you could limit it to like 30sec. sound clips and 20sec video clips. Just a suggestion I don't care if it gets shot down. But I figured a lot of people (including myself) are curious about the sounds of different mufflers, and it would be a really good informational tool, seeing as every muffler flows more or less as good as the next (with the exception of the stock oil drums) and different people like different tones.

That would probably tie up alot of bandwidth on the weekends, since that is probably when most of the people spend their time here. I know Ben said that the forum used a bunch. Maybe the key could be people post a link to something like strike9, or something, or say they have a clip and offer to email it to others that are interested if the site doesn't have the bandwidth to support this idea. It is kinda a cool one. I want to (still dammit) use a spare computer for a linux server and I was planning on putting a site up on it (since i have DSL) to use for my cars. If all worked out (which Ben said it would be slow if I had a bunch of people using my measily 512k upload speed veiwing the site), I wouldn't mind hosting such things. No telling how it will all turn out. Especially since I have been busy putting up our new pool. Leveling a slanted peice of ground just sucks so much balls it isn't funny (something to the tune of 2 ft. difference between the high and low spot for an 18' pool), so time has not been a large commodity for me lately, so don't plan on seeing me having a site up on my connection for a while
