No, at least not a swap type deal, and even with machine work, and a lot of time, I'm not sure it would be worth the effort. Using a complete 3.4 DOHC would be the most cost effective way to do this.
no way its worth the effort. The DOHC block is different, so trying to swap the DOHC stuff onto a pushrod block is about the same as putting chevy 350 heads on your 3.1 by cutting off a cylinder from each head and going from there.
