I have a 2008 3.9L lz9 and I am woundering if the supercharger off a 3800 series 2 would bolt up to my engine. does anybody know if intake manifolds are compatible between these 2 engines?

Nope. Those engines are completely different. The 3800 is a 90* engine and the 3900 is a 60* engine. Nothing will swap, but I am sure with enough determination and ingenuity you could adapt it. I wouldn't advise it, unless you have a way to tune the PCM and like replacing engine internals.
This reminds me of a guy on either here or the beretta forum that made an adapter UIM for his 2.8 or 3.1 cant remember who though.
I don't think there is much of an aftermarket for these engines anyway, what is the engine in?

Heck a couple of Fiero guys adapted M90s to Caddy 4.9s... so anything is possible. The pushrod VVT engines are kinda black sheep, they make good stock power but like Autox88GT said, there isn't much support beyond that. Your best bet would be a turbo setup or an NA cam upgrade as a supercharger on top of a 60* engine would end up being fairly tall.
