Advice needed

Ok so IV deicided to do a 3.4l swap out of some thing 2000+...

DOING

62mm TB,
3.5 heads,
3.5 lim,
3.5 uim,
2.5" header bk mandrel bent exhaust,
Magnaflow HF cat,
Apexi n1 exhaust tip, with active silencer. (Not my first choice but iv had it since I blew up my mr2)
220amp powermax alt,

ADVICE NEEDED:

Headers?
Should I opt for the new computer from the 3.4? What would need to be done?
Cam?
Valves?
Pistons?
Any thing I missed...?

you could run the original PCM, i have a decent tuning defniition made up for it.... i believe you could also run a $2E BIN as well, which i have an even better defintion of.
