Application: 2004 Pontiac Grand Am 3400 SFI V6

I did a little research but couldnt really find the exact answers I'm looking for. I just bought a set of 3500 heads and intake manifolds. From my understanding, the best setup is 3500 heads, 3500 LIM, and 3400 UIM. Is that correct? i want to have the UIM ported to match a larger throttle body (probably 65mm). do i need to have the 3400 UIM ported to match the 3500 LIM? also as far as fasteners and gaskets...do i use a 3400 or 3500 head gasket? 3400 or 3500 LIM gasket? 3400 or 3500 UIM gasket? from what i've read it should be:

    3500 Heads
    3400 Head gaskets
    3400 Head bolts
    3500 LIM gasket
    3400 UIM gasket

what will i need to do otherwise? i've heard about the FPR not fitting, doesnt somebody make an adapter for that? or does it have to ground down a little? I've also read that the 3500 heads will lower the compression ratio considerably. is this true? should i be concerned? would higher compression ratio pistons be reccomended? If i get the 65mm throttle body, and the all the new breathing mods, will bigger injectors be neccessary?

some of you will say "if your asking so many questions, you dont have the skill and will never do it." This is not true, I'm a Professional Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Technician. I have all the tools and skills neccessary to build this engine. What i lack is the knowledge of how to frankenstein these two engines together. that is what i'm asking for your help.

I'm looking to build a mild engine still fit for daily driving use. a mild cam will also be used, headers too if i can find some.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
