3100 with 150,00 miles low performance

runs well but doesn't have the power and acceleration that it did just 15,000 miles earlier. any ideas or recommendations what can be done?

clean the MAF, new spark plugs and maybe wires, change fuel filter, clean air intake filter and box, run some injector/fuel system cleaner through it.

that's all the easy maintenance things i could think of off the top of my head.

How old is the O2 sensor? Finding someone with an OBD2 scanner can show if the other sensors are giving proper readings too. If previous suggestions fail to give results then the issue is likely internal wear like piston rings or a stretched timing chain.
