how much more boost does a stock tgp need 4 250hp

how much more boost would a stock 3.1 turbo tgp engine need to make 250hp? this would be without the use of an aftermarket cam & also what all would be needed to hit this goal?

a 1990-93 lumina with 3.1 is listed to have 140 hp-whatever that measurement is-plus 110 lol

that's 140 HP @ the crank

the 3.1 turbo is 205 @ the crank so to gain 45 more HP i'd say maybe 4 or 5 more PSI and possibly some tuning.
