2.8 S10

i have a 91 s10with a 2.8 and Im going to put headers,intake manifold, tb spacer and 400cfm throttle body so how much power do you think it will make

If you have an s10 with tbi don't use the spacer,have the manifold bored for the 4.3 tbi [unless you don't feel comfortable removing/replacing the intake]use the 2.8 in in the 4.3 tb or it will run rich. To realize much benefit from the tb swap you will need a new cam,the crate cam with matching valve train from gm or the crane 260 and it will give you a noticeable gain and be ecm compatible.
