Well, if you 70 BBC C20 is so great, why are you wondering about the head flow of a LZ9?
But seriously, there are only 2-3 people on the site that have really even messed with the 3900. So its not like this is a SBC or BBC head that hundreds of people have messed with. Sorry we can't provide you with all the answers.

I asked a simple question in good faith (after doing a search)and after several people gave me polite responses, I get a rude, SMART ASS response from another member.
As for my BBC C20, yes it is quick, but it is my work truck and has nothing to do with my project 240Z.
I have a friend that has a speed shop that does porting and has a flow bench, so I could get the flow numbers.

You're right, I'd hate to see some of the crap that I've seen on the Fiero forum start up over here. It makes Fiero owners appear to be special needs people from a social stand point.
Go take a look at the mis statement thread of needing a pilot bushing or your manual tranny can blow up. 7 pages in two days, of mostly grown ups hurling insults and that's not including the second thread on the same topic started by the same individual on about the same day as the first.
Z-Dreamer's inquiry and surprise is somewhat of a compliment regarding the wealth of info here and his knowing this is the best place to look. I usually refer fiero owners curious about the aluminum head motors to this forum. I'd hate to have to apologize because someone was less than welcoming.
I looked into trying to get some flow numbers but no one I contacted seemed to have the equipment or direction to it so I stopped bothering accepting their appearance as proof enough they will flow a lot of air.
