  • N/A spark gap?

ok, i have a semi-related question. i noticed that the GM 3.1 in my lumina wants a .060 spark gap stock.

the question i have is on my project car, i have GM coils running on a ford EDIS system on a mitsubishi 3.0 SOHC v6. stock gap on those plugs is .044. think i can open the gap on the 3.0 plugs as i am running an N/A motor with 9:1 CR. THink this would help out some?

Probably wont make much of a difference being N/A... Only reason why some people close up gaps is to prevent blowout from boost or something like that. Opening them up shouldnt change much of anything.

I run .040 when I'm at the strip with the nitrous.
