technical question

What is the relationship between combustion chamber CC's and intake runner CC's. By CC's I mean volume....I probably don't need to know this, as I know that they need to compliment eachother for good volumetric efficiency, but theres usually something more to everything....

I'd also like to know the volume of the 97 3100 plenum compared to the next gen 3100 intake plenum. As far as my logic tells me right now, the combustion chambers in both old and newer are the same... and so there should be a formula to decide on the ultimate plenum size to combustion chamber ratio...

Do a search for "plenum design" and there are a few discussions on this. I know I have a thread aout plenum design (http://www.60degreev6.com/showthread...=plenum+design) that has some good info, as well as links to several sites that discuss many aspects of designs.
