What are the best year heads and intake for a bolt on a 1994 3.1 or do you think a 3.4 swap with a cam might be easyer. What about swapping out the obd I to odbII look like you can play with these all day long . bb

What vehicle are you talking about. And what generation of motor?

Well a 94 3.1 would mean the 3100 SFI motor, But yes vehicle info is much needed!

For example, if you have a beretta or corsica I can easily assist you in the OBDII swap. I was the first to do it without swapping my dash harness.

Cavaliers had a 3.1mpfi in 94.... So yeah what vehicle?

But either way 3400 head and intakes would be best. But the details of the swap will vary depending on motor/etc
