3.1 MPFI
I will vouch for the fact that it is not cheap to get 200 HP NA out of a 3.1 MPFI. I already have $2,000 into my built shortblock, and it will probably be another $1,500 for heads and intakes. If you are on a budget, and you want alot of power, a 3.1 MPFI build-up is not the way to go. This is coming from someone who really likes my 3.1 MPFI, and have since I bought my Sunbird new. I am just realistic in accepting it's limitations. I know that if I get 200 HP at the crank I'll be thrilled, but I will be maxed out. Then if I want more power, I will need to convert the top-end to a hybrid.Joe Morgan
