could anyone tell me the combustion chamber sizes for 3100,3400,and 3500 heads?

    3100/3400 are 26.4-28cc

    3500 are around 32cc IIRC.

32.4 with stock valves. Im getting 31-31.8 range with stainless valves and some polishing/deburring work. Something to consider if you modify the heads. You might be able to open up the combustion chamber a little to drop compression more if you want later on. That is also without milling the heads any.
