  • which bearings to choose ???

    which bearings are best suited for boost in a 2.8-3.1 ?

    heard of the clevite(77) bearings..and the federal mogul's.

    what do you guys use ?

    ive always used clevite 77. use them in everything ive built

      i go with federal mogul not because there better,but thats what my parts guy gets for me. but they are both good bearings
      01 olds shilluette 3400/4T65-E stock for now

        they're both good, but as long as you maintain oil pressure they'll be even better

            looks like clevite will be my choice than.

            max.rpm's will be about 6500 I guess.
            so since these clevite 77 bearings are better suited for high revving
            engines than the other brands.

              I have clevite in both my engine and trans... I'll be curious to see how well they held up to my nitrous and 50k miles when I put my Hybrid in next year.
