I took a 2005 Montana sv6 for an overnight test drive. It has 150k miles and still had numbered ACdelco plug wires. I assumed they are original and is a good indication the maintenance schedule was not followed. Are numbered plug wries available from the dealer?

I think there is an aftermarket brand that sells some with numbers(I'm sure you could get some from the dealer). Really I'd say that they are stock. Most people drive cars these days until they quit.95 Beretta 3100 with 3400 intakes and TCE TB

Plug wires don't really have a pre determined life span. Yes OEM GM wires will be numbered if you buy them from the dealer. When I bought my Magnecor wires the guy on the phone said they will be good for life provided I don't melt them down on the exhaust. Now obviously cheap OEM wires wont do that but they do last a long time. Try and find where the van may have been serviced there should be a record somewhere unless the guy was not doing it or doing it himself.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
