A good shop manual needed

I'm going to be stripping my 89' Camaro 2.8 down to the bare necessities for the ignition and MPFI, for eventual use in a little T-Bucket. This is my first adventure with a modern electronic laden engine, and I'm lost. I need some kind of a shop manual to help me decipher what all these sending units are for, and to clean up this octopus of wiring and plugs. Any recommendations for a good shop manual?
