95 3.4 GTP motor issues. New Member and owner

Ive got a 1995 GTP 3.4 auto. Problem is it hesitates pretty bad when taking off and when you step on it, it really dosent wanna go like its lacking gas. It is getting horrible gas milage. Last full tank i got 225 miles on it. I havent had it scanned yet and there isnt a check engine light on. Please help with any tips

Is there anything else it's doing? High idle, rough idle, ect? What sort of spark plugs do you have in it?

The idle is good. when i put it into park after driving is sometimes dies. The plugs are ac delco i believe just some cheaper one not platinum about a 1.25 a piece. never sounds like misfireing or missing
