HERE IS A COPY OF MY RESULT-

REALLY BIG THANKS, SOMEHOW my scanner ez scan 3000 can't download to my pc. I need to get that taken care of. I think -being blond doen't help here- that when I looked at my scanner, I saw it shift from open to closed during idle. I did buy new injectors for the car when i put everything in. Also the car doen't run bad just not "perfect". Lots of small things, rgh idle, not smooth lower rpm running, bucking at low rpm/speed. I have driven it more then 7000 miles and have no major issues. I am wondering if I might have the wrong injectors, I do now have the correct ECM and prom for that car 1986 2.8 firebird. I get good accelaration but trouble at lower rpm, like when driving in a parking lot. My combined mileage is now around 18 and have 24 highway. I have the stk fuel pressure regulator, I did have the injectors clean and tested BUT I didn't have them test to see if they where the correct one for the motor?

scanner readings all done at idle

prom id 3441 ecm 1227302 except this one
    rpm 950-1050
idle air mtr pos 68 steps
    o2 sensor varies from 150 -611 mvolts
I also believe that it switches from open to closed loop
injector pulse varies at idle 2.1-2.7ms
rich lean flag varies from rich to lean
    proportiond o2 step reads leans
    throttle sensor .6 volts
    engine load 83
    o2 cross counts 87
    4th gear engaged
    block learn 115
    Integrator (INT) 128

AFR=10? Seems more that a bit rich. I'd be shooting for closer to 12.8 to 13.

10:1 is fine.............. for a non-intercooled, 12:1 compression roots blown motor....

i tune mine with a 12.5:1 AFR to get it all right, then lean it out slowly until it wants to knock...

the combination of spark/AFR that nets you the most torque is less than 5% away from where knock starts

generally speaking. your mileage may vary....

Switching from open to closed loop at idle is normal for a non heated O2 Sensor. Switch to a 3 wire heated sensor and that wont happen.

the GP O2 isn't heated, yet it RARELY switches back to open loop once it goes closed... maybe once every 100 logs have i seen it do that...

same here, I don't think I have sat long enough for one to go back to open loop. 150 coolant is too cold though.

150 is pretty low but I asked that question the wrong way. What does the scanner say the temp is?

Reading is from scannerand while the car is warming up to temp. it didn't change after it got to temp. I am having trouble with the timing come to find out. When i went to check it it was so far off that the mark was hiden under the pully. BUT when I went to adjust it the idle keeps changing so it became a crap shoot. but I was able to get it set at the lower idle speed 10BTC with wire disconnected.
When coming to a stop the idle will drop below 500 and then "settle" in at around 600+:confused give or take????
