In the middle of replacing my lower intake gasket, I have the felpro problem solver kit. Instructions say to " starting with the center bolts, and using a crisscross pattern, torque all bolts to 62 in lb and then 115 in lb. Torque the 4 outer bolts to 18 ft lbs."
Question is do I tighten ALL the bolts, including the end bolts, to the 61 in lb and then 115 in lb, or do I install the outer bolts hand tight, do the torque sequence on the inners only, and then after they are done tighten the outers to the 18 ft lbs?
