  • MAF Screen

Can the Screen be removed from the Maf to give more airflow or will this do more harm then good??? I'm trying to just do simple mod's for right now until I get money to get the more expensive stuff ...

You can pull it, if you don't like it, put it back. Piece of cake. Takes 10 minutes to do.

    I like it out.

I would leave it in, unless you have smooth piping to the maf. But stock has ribbs and angles and causes turbulance which will likely cause the MAF to read improperly without the screen and cause the car to run rough/bad.

It's not really a mod you are going to feel a difference with anyways. There isn't much free mods that make a difference unless you remove weight. Then your handling, accelration, and braking all benefit from that.

        Yes, leave it in.

Like I said, takes 10 minutes to remove, or replace.
