Need VVT info

So, VVT info on LS engines is overly abundant, but I can't seem to find much on the V6 stuff. It's unforturnate for me, because I'm trying to figure out the feasibility of VVT on my 2.2L and the V6 stuff I feel would be a much greater possibility than the LS stuff.

Anyway, I know the LS has the modified cam for oiling the cam phaser, but how does the V6 do it? I can't seem to find this information.

I don't know exactly how the LS does it but it sounds similar to the V6 setup.
