  • oil presure gauge sending unit hole

on my 3.4 i want to put a mechanical gauge. im useing a edelbock intake that has no holes for oil line. is there any other spots on the block to use for the oil presure line to thread into?

I'm not aware of any factory oil pressure ports on the intake but there's usually a port beside the oil filter.

any thoughts on drilling and tapping the bolt that holds the oil filter mounting plate. it already is got oil running through it. i have other mounting plates that are tapped but they dont fit my headers

It would be easier to drill and tap the filter adapter. Or grab one from an S-10 they had tons of ports.
