what kind of intake?
MS would be ideal since I'm assuming you have a 94 un-tuneable 3.4l. Then you can put headers on, and a 3x00 top end (3400 top end, or 3500 top end, 3400 plenum to clear cowl)
MS would let you get all the HP out of any mods you do since you can tune. And if you do go gen3 (3x00) top end you won't need as much spark advance as the old iron heads did so being able to tune is great.
If you want to make power having MS allows you to do any mod you want and get full benefit from it.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

What intake? I'm just going to search eBay for something real cheep that will get rid of all the ribed rubber crap with a cone on the end.
How do I know if I have the un tuneabull 3.4l? I never thought of that, I assumed there all un tuneabull. Is there a tuneabull 3.4l? I think I have a 95, but it might be a 94 model. I have to look up the titel or something, but if my car is tuneabul would I be better off with MS anyway?
And I would be getting the ms to support future mods but I'm still curious what you guys think I would be seeing power wize with the stock motor with exaust and intake.

Oh CAI. Got ya. Keep the filter out of the engine bay hot air.
93 still had OBDI with a removable prom that you could burn a chip for. 94-95 just like the FWD cars have a flash based ECM that no one supports. Is your car an automatic? That will be a problem if so going with MS as the ECM controls the trans. You should be able to piggy back the two though. If you are a 93 then you could just get an emulator or burn chips and tune away with the stock ECM.
Good long tube headers, and a good tune and exhaust, 20+ crank HP possibly?? Just guessing.

Don't quote me on 20hp, but good designed headers should free up a lot of power, and if you can tune for it then you'll get every bit of it. Stock motors can benefit from tunes too, just by fine tuning.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

Depending on how GM tuned that, you might pick up 20HP from the tune alone. I know that's been done before.\"NASCAR is an integral part of my life. A part of me died when Dale Earnhardt died.\"
