choosing a clutch disc, need help

I'm looking at the disc here at the bottom of the page: http://www.clutchnet.com/make/prodDesc.html#6bEZ

I can get either copper pucs or fiber pucs. The guy said that the copper ones will eat the flywheel and pressure plate, but the fiber ones will hold less power. Any recommendations here?

I'll be using a CF pressure plate, I don't know the clamp rate cause CF refuses to tell me.

I guess what I really want to know is if the figer puc disc will hold. The guy at clutchnet said "maybe 150hp over stock for the copper puc, maybe 100hp for the fiber. its really hard to tell for sure"

No idea, but 100 over stock isn't gonna cut it imo

I just ordered the 6 puc sprung hub with fiber pucs.
