2 quick questions.

can u hook up a auto harness to a manual tranny assuming u have the chip reburned for a manual tranny?

or will u need the manual harness too?

The auto harness is mostly the same, so just modify it. I used my old 3.1 wiring for that matter. Its only a few wires that are different, like the clutch switch for startup if you decide to wire that up, the wiring to the clutch witch on top that goes to the cruise control, and I think the reverse lights.
