Are 282 & 284 flywheels the same???

Basically what the topic says. Are the flywheels on the 3.4's with the 284 the same as the 2.8/3.1's with the 282? I am trying to get a flywheel for my swap because I figure I have to get one resurfaced anyways, I might as well at least price one to see what it will cost, but I don't know if I can use a flywheel from an LQ1 on my 3.1, or if I can use a flywheel from a 2.8/3.1 with a 284. I'm guessing they are the same but maybe not???

The same aftermarket flywheel (aluminum, fidenza I think) fits both motors so I would say its safe to swap between them. Only the externally balanced 2.8s weren't compatible AFAIK.
