4T60-e w/ 3.06 FDR, help w/ gear swap?

I've got 3.06 gears in my tranny in my bonneville. (RPO FW2) anyone know what i'll need to do a gear swap? I'm looking at going between 3.33 and 3.73.

95 Bonneville - RIP
90 Regal Custom -RIP
2nd 95 Bonneville (max effort L36 build)
98 Infiniti i30 (vq35'd)
