98 4t60e 1-2 shift issue

I have a 98 Olds Silhouette with a 4t60e. Looking for some advice on a 1-2 shift issue. Tranny shifts fine in all gears when cold. When warmed up it has started to slip when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Engine rms go up and then second gear is engaged pretty hard. If you feather the throttle or back off at the shift point, you can get a smooth shift. All other shift points are normal, TCC locks up and stays locked up. It has now set at P0756 shift solenoid code. Any thoughts of a more serious issue, or will I get lucky with just a shift solenoid?

Start with replacing the solenoid, thats about all you can do other than tearing into the trans to try and find another issue.
