Can anyone tell me what transmission this is(the name/number)? I just got the car, its honestly my beater car while the Camaro is in the garage, but I'd like to know more about it. I'm very new to the V6 FWD world.
the tranny is a muncie/getrag hm282 (mucie being gm case, getrag internals). this is a very good tranny and they have been known to hold 300hp+ without issues. for ratios, have a look at the hm 282 section on this site.
