WOT shifts on a 4t60-e

1992 4t60-e At what mph is your transmission set to shift from 1st to 2nd in WOT... 42 mph? For some reason my car goes past this everytime...N rev to live 6800 rpms.. Which it never did before giving me a really lazy shift..shifts firm under Light load..WOT its horrible 1st to 2nd , any idea? Trans isnt that old either maybe has 45k on it.

What motor? I'm going to assume the DOHC.... stock it should shift at 41mph I believe.
