reverse rotation?

    Either way he's going to have to make adapters for the engine to mate up the trans of his car, so thats not a big deal. Picking up a used boat engine would be the quick fix.

    Also, thr tranny would still be ran in reverse direction from it's intended direction with a forward rotating engine. Confused yet?

    So that could cause lubrication and wear issues.

    Reverse rotation engine would be easiest.

    *Wacky idea*, Using a gear set, sort of like an inboard race boat V-drive, just that the output shaft still runs away from the engine, and use that for the input to the tranny.

        Maybe some more info on a Citroen? Not too familiar with it. I heard it can run on 3 wheels. That's about it.
