1997 Venture engine swap

I have a 2004 Impala engine to replace the bad engine in my 1997 venture.
What parts do i need to change over to make it fit?

You will need to use the 97 fuel rail and injectors, 97 upper intake manifold (egr valve is different) that is all that I can think of right now. May be a few mounts and sensors to change as well.

thanks, I think also the 1997 pan,it has a sensor in it and front cover
