J- to A- swap

My friend has some old 80's Celebrity with comically terrible suspension, and I have a wrecked '93 Cavalier Z24 that I will only be taking the engine and wiring from. Do you think maybe that the subframes or the essence of the Z24 suspension could be easily transplanted unto the Celebrity - springs, shocks, swaybars, etc?
