I'm not aware of any points style distributors available for the 60 degree V6.

The accessory brackets and such will be up to you, as mentioned already, while some brackets may fit the engine, they may not fit the chassis. You may need to make some adapter plates to use existing accessory brackets, or make completely new brackets. I did both when I did my swap, partly because I wanted to move some items around, like mounting the alternator low, where the AIR pump used to be.
He is talking about distributorless ignition. The 3.4L has a crank sensor, so it's easy to set up. I ran DIS with TBI on my Trooper (had a chip to compensate for the difference in advance). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmVWfZu8cFk

Right side bracket from the 3.4L will bolt up to either the iron or aluminum heads, I had them mocked up on my LX9. That gets you alternator, tensioner and A/C. I forget what I had in mind for the left side (PS pump).

A dizzy ignition as found in the 660 is still "electronic". Distributorless is just a variation, proper terms have to be used for people to understand what is being asked.

I know all about the 3.4, I've recommended finding that block to anyone wanting to build a RWD hybrid, since it's easier than what I did to build my hybrid. I used a 2.8L block from an '86 S-10, which meant that I had to make an external trigger wheel. This was back in 2002, before anyone made any such offering. I'm still using that trigger wheel, though it is now on a Nissan 2.8L I6, it's been on there for about 5 years and working great.
