'02 U-van exhaust manifolds in '97 GA SE?

Hi. I've searched through the forums with little luck, so I thought I'd just ask here. I've got a '97 Grand Am SE that I'm building a 3400 for. The motor's out of an '02 Pontiac Montana and I was wondering if the rear exhaust manifold would fit in the Grand Am's engine bay (with a fabricated downpipe, of course), or if I'd have to use the old 3100 manifolds. The flange on the 3400 is oriented differently so there's no way the stock downpipe's going to mate up.
