3.4 LQ1 and 3.1 MultiPort FI LH0

Does anyone know if 3.4 DOHC Cylinders are interchangeable with a 3.1? I got another LQ1 Engine for free with 0 miles on it. Is there anything that can be interchangeable on my '90 Grand Prix without doing anything crazy? I need the head gasket done anyways, maybe i could use the 3.4 block? I haven't taken apart either but i think i can even use the 3.4's bottom end. I got the 3.4 for next to nothing, but i don't have the computer or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Only thing the same is the crank, rods, oil pump and main caps. You can use those parts along with the windage tray which you wont find on a 3.1L. The block is not the same or usable as a pushrod motor.
