I have a 1993 cutlass supreme with the 3.1 t. well the engine has seen its day and im looking to drop in a 2.8 from a beretta. what im trying to find out is if i can simply use the sensors from the 2.8 with the ecu from the 3.1 or will it not work. if anyone has some insight on this swap it would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that the 2.8 is got a manual trans and the 3.1 has an automatic. i plan on putting the automatic trans on the on the 2.8 before i drop it in my cutlass. and once again i am pretty confident this will work, but im just wondering about the ecu. does anyone have any advice?
