1996 3.4 DOHC to 96 3100 Swap

I got a 96 GTP with the 3.4 DOHC motor. The motor i believe needs a head job. The timing may just be off but I don't have the time nor the patient's to deal with it. I have a 3100 out of another 96 Gp thats getting a 3800 build. What all is needed to do the swap. What all do i need to pull from the donor car. I'm hoping I can just undo the harness from the firewall and other misc spots inside the donor car and swap over... I know I will need the pcm out of the donor car the wiring harness and motor mounts. Is there anything else involved

Any help/Advice would be great.

should be a straight forward swap sence both engines where avalible in that year.. engine, ecu, harness.. may need a few vac lines changed... and new rad. hoses and heater core hoses ect... but should drop pretty much in.

Thats what I was thinking. I have all the vaccum lines and Radiator hoses from the donor car...
