Cutlass Supreme Engine Swap

I am doing an engine swap in my friends 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme V6-204 3.4L DOHC VIN X SFI. The new motor is a '91 lumina everything is just about the same except it doesnt have a crankshaft position sensor. Is this going to effect the computer and the way it runs when Im done. If so can I bypass it somehow? Thanks. Tracy
