I set the fuel pressure at everything between 9-11 and found that the car still ran rich. These are the engine codes it kicked out. code # 22 TPS I adjusted it to holley's stated .65 volts. code # 33 Map Pressure voltage to high and code # 45 exhaust rich.

Whats next I have ran it for a while trying to get it to kick another code but it hasn't come on yet also While driving it around under load it still has blow back.

    Thanks bryce

When you swapped injectors did you reset the ECM? I would check the MAP voltage just to be sure. You should have a 5V ref signal to the sensor. GM says to set the TPS at .5 and no higher than .6. I bet Holley says to set it high in order to trick the ECM into adding more fuel. I would set it lower. Exhaust code is being set for obvious reasons.

So i guess I wasn't keeping the battery off long enough or something because now it is always lean.. I swapped back to the larger injectors and now. its only rich at idle(Smelling rich) But while driving there is no backfire no hick ups virtually no popping or studder. The only problem of when It is lean is engine breaking down steep grade. I could drive it around all day and its not kicking lean or rich untel I engine brake down steep grade? Should I take it to the smog shop now and try and run it ? See where it is at.

I fixed the TPS sensor and I guess the map voltage was just an old code. Thought map pressure vacume was at 10" I am guessing cuss of that larger cam which is the reason its rich at idle?
