I would greatly appreciate any engine/transmission engine swap options for a 1986 Cadillac Cimarron car? It is basically a Cavalier Z24 setup, but I need to replace both and am looking for tips or suggestions. Thanks in advance for the help!

i would do a 3400 5 speed. you would have to modify the console yourself for the 5 speed shifter, as they never made a 5 speed cimmeron. you can use everything from a cavalier. you will need to swap out your wiring harness and ecm, best bet would be to an 89/90. that will run the 3400, and the harness would pretty much plug into it.
