LX9 TURBO Siemens Deka 4 60# Injector issues HPT

I have a 1999 cavalier turbo LX9. I put the car together tuned it in on 36# gtp injectors at 3 psi with hptuners and the car ran great. I then bumped the car up to 11psi and tuned it in. Everything was great except now i was at 102% duty cycle and getting lean at the top of the gear.

i bought some 60# Siemens Deka 4 injectors part # 107961.

Now the car daily drives excellent however WOT falls on its face at roughly 4K rpm. Not sure if it's intake backfiring or what is going on.

Does anyone have the correct injector values for HPT or run into this before?
